For my use case, the products are PERFECT, I'm genuinely thrilled. I have a small yellow lambskin Chanel bag; due to its special color, it cannot go to the official spa (information from the Chanel store in Hamburg). I first used the cleaner, then the conditioner, and the "grey film" that was on the bag is gone. I'm very happy, thank you for the great product 👍👍

An absolutely great product (i.e. cleaning and care) with a brush. I'm in a cleaning frenzy with my bags and wouldn't have thought it would work so well. The bags feel and look like new!

I ordered the Glow Cleanser and the Conditioner because I have a few older LV models that I wanted to refresh a bit. I honestly have to say that I am very surprised by the result! Both models are indeed significantly cleaner and look fresh! Even 2 older water stains on the Alma have become less visible... I am very happy with the result and will continue to use Glow Bag!

I would buy the GlowBag Cleaner again anytime.
Both my leather and canvas bags were cleaned well and effectively by it.
After application, the enclosed microfiber cloth was visibly dirty, even though the bags looked clean.
No stains appeared after application either.
